About the role

As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for providing educational support to students in grades 5 and above. Your primary focus will be on enhancing academic performance through individualized instruction and collaboration with teachers.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or small group instruction based on student needs and learning styles.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement differentiated instructional strategies.
• Assess student progress regularly and communicate findings to teachers and parents.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in education.
• Support classroom management and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Valid Colorado teaching license or ability to obtain within six months.
• Experience working with students in grades 5 and above preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
