Edited and polished training decks to ensure quality and instructional effectiveness.
Ensured the "15 min instruction / 15 min practice" principle was built into every module.
Created more complex materials (Work Cycle, Mastery) that required instructional expertise.
Consulted on design decisions to maximize learning transfer.

This is a Contract position based out of Tucson, AZ.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
