About the role

Design and develop content for specific programs and stand-alone offerings that support the learning & performance needs of associates in Branch, Cafés, and Small Business Banking.

Support the needs analysis process by identifying the additional context that will help to ensure successful transfer of skills to the job.

Recommend effective format/modalities that create an optimal learning experience while demonstrating an understanding of adult learning principles.

Work directly with SMEs to design and develop engaging learning materials and performance support tools (including self-study, classroom, e-Learning, etc.) based on industry design standards for a given modality (includes traditional, web, and mobile design).

Demonstrate an aptitude for, knowledge of, and agility with new learning technologies.

Partner with project team members to enable clarity of goal; conduct on-going reviews to ensure outcome is on track to meet client needs.

Collaborate with other Instructional Designers and Learning Consultants on the team to support the ADDIE process, as appropriate.

Take personal responsibility for tasks and follow-through to completion with a high degree of independence while collaborating with the broader team.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of experience designing curriculum or programs using a blended learning design and modern learning theories and models
  • At least 2 years of experience designing and developing a variety of learning solutions for digital, virtual and classroom settings
  • At least one year of experience with Google Suite

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with Articulate 360
  • 1+ year of experience with an agile team of designers and developers
  • 2+ years of experience in training design, development and delivery
  • 2+ years of experience leveraging design thinking and human centered design methodologies to solve problems
