Instructional Designer - Learning and Enablement (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an Instructional Designer to partner with cross-functional teams to drive the strategic design and execution of comprehensive digital enablement assets. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge instructional methodologies and visual tools to transform complex retail logistics workflows into engaging, performance-driven learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional subject matter experts to design end-to-end learning solutions that accelerate internal tool adoption and operational efficiency.
• Execute strategic media creation—including interactive e-learning modules, digital infographics, and one-pager templates—to streamline complex retail logistics workflows.
• Integrate advanced AI technologies, visual design frameworks, and rapid-development tools to accelerate content deployment and elevate associate engagement across key programs.
• Establish rigorous feedback loops and evaluation mechanisms to track asset status, refine course materials, and ensure alignment with key business performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in instructional design, adult learning theories, and digital curriculum development for dynamic organizational environments.
• Advanced proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise) and visual design suites (Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Canva).
• Demonstrated capability leveraging generative AI tools to support rapid development, optimize instructional workflows, and expand delivery modalities.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field, combined with strong collaborative and consultative communication skills.

Pay

Compensation Range: $32 - 42 per hour
