What’s the Job?
Develop and maintain clear, human-readable SOPs and Work Instructions
Translate complex workflows into structured, easy-to-follow documentation
Create and optimize content for AI chatbots and customer-facing knowledge tools
Build decision trees, guided workflows, and troubleshooting logic
Improve usability, consistency, and findability of knowledge assets
What’s Needed?
- Proven experience converting complex processes into clear SOPs or structured content
- Ability to simplify and optimize documentation for clarity and usability
- Experience designing content for multiple audiences (agents, customers, AI tools)
- Strong user-centered writing and content organization skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong experience may substitute (required for future conversion eligibility)
- Candidates may be asked to review existing documentation and explain improvement strategies
- Experience with AI tools beneficial; chatbot development not required
- Experience with Visio and Salesforce preferred but not required
