Responsibilities
- Collaborate with change management leaders to evaluate organizational impacts, identifying critical learning gaps to cultivate targeted workforce readiness.
- Design and produce comprehensive, omnichannel training assets-including instructor-led programs, digital learning modules, and structured job aids-to drive target behaviors.
- Architect structured training timelines and deployment schedules aligned with major change milestones to ensure seamless organizational transitions.
- Evaluate asset performance through feedback loops and rigorous user testing to optimize training materials for maximum engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of proven expertise in instructional design, training development, or strategic learning support roles.
- Deep technical command of adult learning principles and structured content development frameworks.
- Prominent track record of driving user adoption during enterprise-wide technology, process, or operating model shifts.
- Exceptional documentation skills combined with a highly collaborative approach to managing cross-functional stakeholder alignments.
