About The Opportunity

We are seeking an Instructional Designer/eLearning Developer to design, develop, and deploy engaging learning solutions for a multinational confectionery manufacturing company. This is a high-impact, 20-week contract role requiring 20 hours per week, starting ASAP after the interview process and background check. The position is remote and pays $55/hour as a 1099 contractor.

As a remote organization, all resources must be technically savvy, have access to a strong internet signal, and be comfortable with virtual communication tools while available during established working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop a wide range of engaging learning materials, including in-person session materials, facilitator guides, digital modules, and videos.
  • Leverage AI tools for efficient and high-quality content creation while adhering to data privacy and governance requirements.
  • Collaborate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, partnering effectively with peers and project managers.
  • Manage your own development projects, track progress, and meet deadlines.
  • Evaluate the success and metrics of learning programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of instructional design experience.
  • Expert-level skills in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360.
  • Practical experience with AI agents (Microsoft Copilot preferred) to accelerate content development.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex or technical subjects into clear, engaging content for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong visual design skills, including layout, color, and brand alignment using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, and multimedia tools.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience working within an agile development framework.
  • Project management experience.

Pay

$55/hour (1099 contract).

Schedule

20 hours per week for a 20-week project duration.
