Instructional Designer – Contractor (Hybrid)

About the role

Federated Hermes is seeking an Instructional Designer and facilitator to support the implementation of its new Oracle ERP/EPM/HCM system. This is a contract role based at the Pittsburgh, PA headquarters with an anticipated duration of 12 months and benefits eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, effective training materials for the new Oracle system.
• Facilitate training sessions to ensure the organization is prepared to use the Oracle system efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably with a focus on Oracle systems or similar software implementations.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline) and learning management systems (LMS).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
