Instructional Designer
What You Will Do
- Create project plans and conduct training development to sound adult design principles
- Conduct training needs analysis, audience analysis, and CX research
- Design task-based performance support, sales courses, and technical vocational education
- Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, interactive simulations, workshops, and curriculum paths
- Write, edit, review, and test course materials according to industry standards
- Write, edit, review, and test assessments according to industry standards
- Author learning content using the latest technologies including video and interactive media
- Write training content based on internal and external research about product functions, operation, procedures, and sales strategies
- Manage and implement training content translations
- Plan and produce live video content for eLearning and social media
- Produce screen-capture video on PC or mobile with voiceover (Camtasia or OBS)
What We Are Looking For
- MA/MS in Instructional or Learning Design or BA/BS degree in a related field and/or 10+ years working as an instructional designer
- E-learning course creation software experience (Articulate 360, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate)
- Experience with multimedia development including basic video editing skills
- Strong project management skills and the flexibility to work on multiple projects concurrently
- Experience with social media, web technology, and distributed cloud services
- Experience with AI-based content authoring tools
- Excellent technical writing and editing skills
- Strong communications and negotiation skills
We Value
- Ability to operate independently in a matrix with remote team members
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) like Docebo, Workday Learn, SAP Litmos, etc.
- Studio video, audio, still photography, and lighting experience
