About the role

Join us and see your work drive real results across the organization. How You’ll Make An Impact Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to craft engaging learning experiences that boost business performance
Partner with business teams to establish clear learning objectives aligned with organizational goals
Design and develop high-quality learning content tailored to the needs of employees
Conduct reviews of training materials to confirm objectives are achieved and implement necessary enhancements
Provide revisions to instructional materials based on feedback from stakeholders and experts
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry tools and learning processes
Cook up with Learning and Development staff, managers and directors to produce effective training deliverables
Participate and facilitate in-person or virtual meetings to support learning projects
Track project progress, milestones and tasks using team tools
Lead in-person or virtual “train the trainer” sessions to empower others
Diagnose and escalate risks related to instructional design projects to leaders and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Adult Learning or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of instructional design and development or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certificate in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology or related field

  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Clear and direct oral and written communication
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of management and personnel
  • Professional interaction with the public
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Skill in using digital learning tools, delivery methods and platforms with minimal guidance
  • Ability to utilize standard templates across design tools and delivery methods to complete tasks
