We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description. We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role", "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Qualifications", "Skills", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". We must only include sections with real specific content. Let's extract. Content: - Intro: "This position is National Remote. The hours of the training will be based on schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment." - Then "Primary Responsibilities" list bullet points. - Then "You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance..." (maybe benefits? but not specific benefits). Then "Required Qualifications" list. - Then "Preferred Qualifications" list. - Then "Telecommuting Requirements" list. - Then "Soft Skills" list. - Then "Pay is based on several factors..." then "In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements)." Then "No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives." Then "The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment." - Then other boilerplate to remove. We need sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (Primary Responsibilities list), Requirements? Could combine Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications maybe as Requirements? But we have separate sections: Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have real specific content. - About the role: we have intro paragraph(s). Good. - Responsibilities: we have Primary Responsibilities list (multiple bullet points). Good. - Requirements: maybe we can put Required Qualifications as Requirements. Also Preferred Qualifications could go under Qualifications? But we have separate Qualifications section maybe for both required and preferred? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have both Requirements and Qualifications. But we need to avoid duplication. Perhaps Requirements = Required Qualifications, Qualifications = Preferred Qualifications? Or we could combine required and preferred under Qualifications and skip Requirements. However we need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. It has both required and preferred qualifications. So we could have Requirements (required) and Qualifications (preferred). Or we could have Qualifications (required) and Skills (preferred). But we also have Soft Skills separate. Might be better: Requirements = Required Qualifications, Qualifications = Preferred Qualifications, Skills = Soft Skills (or technical skills). However we also have technical skills listed under required qualifications (expertise in instructional design models, etc.) and preferred qualifications (healthcare OR pharmacy operations experience, etc.). So we could treat Skills as the soft skills list. Let's extract: Required Qualifications list: - High School Diploma / GED - Must have a certification in ATD Instructional Design Certificate, CPTD, Certified Professional in Talent Development, ATD Articulate Storyline Certificate, Articulate Storyline OR Rise Certificate Program - Must be 18 years of age OR older - 4+ years of experience with working in an instructional design role - Expertise in virtual training design and delivery - Proficiency in eLearning tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Replay, Peek) - Experience with LMS platforms and SCORM integration - Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design models - Ability to work any of our full time, shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm local time zone from Monday - Friday Preferred Qualifications list: - Healthcare OR pharmacy operations experience - Familiarity with compliance and regulatory training - Graphic design OR multimedia development skills - Time management, organizational, and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment - Effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration and listening skills and drives for results individually and in a team setting Telecommuting Requirements list: - Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable) - Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy - Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service Soft Skills list: - Excellent analytical and communication skills - All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy Pay info: - Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. - In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). - No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. - The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. Schedule info: - This position is full time, Monday - Friday. - Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm local time zone. - We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be based on schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment. We also have remote/hybrid info: National Remote, flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within US; for hires in certain areas required to work in office min 4 days per week. We need to decide sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (Primary Responsibilities), Requirements (Required Qualifications), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications), Skills (Soft Skills + maybe Telecommuting Requirements? but Telecommuting Requirements is more about remote work conditions; could be part of Requirements or separate? But we have no heading for Telecommuting. Could incorporate into Requirements or Skills? Probably better to put Telecommuting Requirements under Requirements as part of required qualifications? But it's separate. However we have limited headings; we could add a section "Telecommuting Requirements" but not in allowed list. The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect only those headings. So we must map content to those headings. Thus we need to fit Telecommuting Requirements somewhere, maybe under Requirements or Skills. Could be under Requirements as part of "Requirements". Similarly, Soft Skills could be under Skills. Thus sections: - About the role: intro paragraphs (first part up to "Join us to start Caring. Connecting. Growing together." maybe also include role description? But role description could be part of About the role as well. However we have Responsibilities separate. So About the role could be general description of company and role purpose. We'll include the initial paragraphs describing Optum, mission, etc., and the role overview: "In this role, you will support the development of training curriculum for Genoa Healthcare..." That seems like role description, could be About the role. - Responsibilities: the Primary Responsibilities list. - Requirements: Required Qualifications + Telecommuting Requirements + maybe ability to work shift schedules (already in required). Also maybe mention full-time Monday-Friday? That's schedule though. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications. - Skills: Soft Skills (Excellent analytical and communication skills) + maybe also mention adherence to Telecommuter Policy (that's under Soft Skills list). Also maybe mention "Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure" etc? But that's telecommuting requirement; we already put under Requirements. - Benefits: we have benefits description: comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution. Also "far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives". We'll include that. - Pay: salary range $60,200 - $107,400 annually; pay based on factors. - Schedule: full-time Monday-Friday, shift schedules 8am-5pm local time, weeks of on-the-job training hours based on schedule. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, drug free workplace, etc. Now produce HTML fragment with

headings and appropriate
  • for lists,

for prose. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading (not present). No Job ID. Let's craft. About the role: combine paragraphs: "This position is National Remote.
