The Instructional Designer is a member of the Learning Development and Delivery team within the Pharma organization, designing and developing curriculum for Customer Experience Operations and Supply Chain Operations (including Customer and Technical Solutions, Shared Services, and Distribution Centers) for new‑hire training and existing employee development. The role reports to the Supervisor, Training Content Development for Supply Chain Operations and serves as the department subject‑matter expert for instructional design, e‑learning, and learning technologies, requiring up‑to‑date expertise in adult learning theory, best practices, various delivery modalities, and innovative technologies. The position is hybrid (approximately one day per month onsite) and is located in Fort Worth, TX; Memphis, TN; Olive Branch, MS; Conroe, TX; or Lakeland, FL. A design portfolio is required for consideration.
