Responsibilities
- Establishes and develops virtual and classroom learning content that develops critical knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Works with subject matter experts and internal customers to identify learning needs.
- Closely works with the Manager of Learning Design and Delivery in executing objectives that support EagleBank's Strategic Priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- 2 years prior experience in an Instructional Design role, from the analysis phase to the evaluation phase, or other related experience developing training/presentations, facilitating learning, or creating business process documentation.
- 1 year facilitation experience.
- Expertise in creating and designing content using MS Power Point.
- Expertise in adapting instructional content to meet specific learning needs.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems; Cornerstone.
- Working experience in the financial services/banking industries.
- Prior experience in learning needs assessment, competency assessment, and delivering performance feedback.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Proficiency in the use of e-learning design software, such as Articulate 360.

Pay
The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $64,909.00 to $99,859.00. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills.
Schedule
This position is eligible for our hybrid remote work and will work in the Silver Spring, MD office four days per week.
