Instructional Designer

About the role

The role of Instructional Designer at Isolved is to design and develop engaging and effective training materials for various clients. This includes creating multimedia presentations, e-learning modules, and other instructional resources.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials that meet client needs and learning objectives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather requirements and ensure content accuracy.
• Utilize best practices in instructional design to enhance user engagement and learning outcomes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new technologies into training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in instructional design or related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and theories.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Lectora.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience working with diverse audiences and adapting content to different learning styles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and ensuring compliance in all training materials.
