About the role
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity based in Phoenix, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging in-person, virtual, online, and blended learning programs aligned to business goals and learner needs
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to develop high-impact training solutions
- Design learning experiences that are practical, learner-centered, and focused on measurable outcomes
- Research and incorporate emerging learning technologies, tools, and methodologies into training programs
- Partner with subject matter experts to transform complex content into clear, engaging, and effective learning experiences
- Lead instructional design efforts supporting major business initiatives, system implementations, and process transformations
- Develop learning objectives and evaluation strategies that demonstrate knowledge transfer and business impact
- Support other projects and responsibilities as requested by leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning & Development, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience designing and developing corporate learning solutions
- Demonstrated experience creating online, virtual, and blended learning programs
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and educational technology
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content development tools, including Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate Storyline, iSpring, Camtasia, and Envato
- Strong visual design and project management skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to develop effective learning solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business and technical information into engaging learning experiences
Qualifications
- Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
- Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
- Receive satisfactory results of pre-employment background check
