Instructional Coach, Biliteracy (NYC) (Fixed-Term)

For our client, we are seeking a Instructional Coach, Biliteracy (NYC) (Fixed-Term) to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. This role will support biliteracy instruction and professional learning for K-5 educators, with a focus on strengthening classroom practice and student outcomes in English and Spanish settings. The position will partner closely with school leaders and teachers to improve implementation of literacy curriculum and instructional supports. It is a hands-on, field-facing role that combines coaching, data-informed planning, and group facilitation to advance effective bilingual learning. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually Responsibilities Lead curriculum-focused professional learning around literacy instructional programs Collaborate with educators and school leaders to enhance implementation and plan effective literacy instruction Facilitate training sessions for groups of up to 150 educators or leaders Support school leaders with data interpretation and planning for instructional support Observe classroom practices and offer constructive feedback to teachers Qualifications Fluent in Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing, for training delivery 3+ years of experience coaching and developing professional development for K-5 educators 7+ years of K-5 classroom literacy teaching experience with measurable student results Experience in dual language or bilingual educational settings, working in English and Spanish Strong oral and written communication skills Proficient in technology-based tools Benefits Health and wellness benefits 401(K) plan Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for training Access to professional development programs relevant to growth in the role Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
