INSTRUCTIONAL ASSISTANT V - SPHS

Employee must achieve successful completion of their probationary period as a district employee. Newly hired IA IV/V who do not successfully complete their probationary period or who otherwise end their employment with the district prior to the end of their probationary period will not receive the one-time bonus or any pro-rated portion thereof. The one-time hiring bonus will be payable only after successful completion of the probationary period.
