INSTRUCTIONAL ASSISTANT - SPED MILD/MOD

Part-time position, 33 hours per week for 178 contract days (full school year).

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the instructional program within assigned classroom.
• Assist in the supervision, care, and instruction of special needs students in regular or self-contained classrooms.
• Help implement instructional plans.
• Monitor student behavior during non-classroom time.
• Provide information to appropriate school personnel.
• Attend IEP meetings.
