We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content.
We need to parse the posting.
Key info:
- Forbes named Mesa Public Schools in their list of Best Employers in Arizona for multiple years. East Valley Tribune names Mesa Public Schools as Best Place to Work in East Valley for multiple years. This could be "About the role" or maybe "About the organization". But we have to use headings as given: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to decide what content goes where.
Job Summary: "To assist, under direct supervision of certified teachers and specialists, in the monitoring and instruction of special education students implementing the Individual Education Plans (IEP); to assist students in performing their academic, daily living and health care activities; to assist teacher of routine clerical tasks. Demonstrate capacity to operate independently with minimal input from the teacher."
That could be About the role.
Key Responsibilities: a long list of duties. That's Responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Previous experience and record of effectiveness in similar roles. That's Requirements? Or Qualifications? The headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to map.
We have "Preferred Qualifications" includes HS diploma or equivalent, previous experience and record of effectiveness. Also "Skills & Competencies:" list: models attributes, demonstrates commitment, ability to work with special ed students, ability to work well with students, staff, parents; good verbal and written communication; ability to work well in stressful situations; computer proficiency; ability to operate standard office equipment; ability to organize and prioritize and to follow classroom guidelines.
Also "Work Environment & Physical Requirements:" includes physical demands.
We also have "Employment Type: Full-time (32.5 hours per week)" -> Schedule? Actually schedule is hours per week. Could be Schedule section.
"Base Hourly: $19.89" -> Pay.
"Class/Calendar: B21, 9.25 months" maybe schedule? Could be part of schedule or maybe not needed.
"Benefits: Sick leave, holidays, retirement matched through the Arizona State Retirement System, health, and life insurance" -> Benefits.
"Performance Pay: Available annually" -> Pay? Could be part of Pay.
"New Hire Experience: 1% of the base hourly rate granted for each year of verified like experience (within ten years) beyond the requirement, up to a ten-year maximum" -> Pay? It's about pay increase based on experience.
"New Hire Education: 1% of the base hourly rate awarded for an AA or higher degree if not required for the position" -> Pay.
Thus Pay section includes base hourly, performance pay, new hire experience, new hire education.
Schedule: Employment Type: Full-time (32.5 hours per week). Also Class/Calendar: B21, 9.25 months (maybe indicates months per year). Could include that.
We need to avoid boilerplate: remove EEO statement, etc.
We must not repeat job title as heading.
We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers.
We must not include navigation/legal/EEO etc.
We must include only sections with real specific content.
Thus we will produce sections:
- About the role: includes the accolades (Forbes, East Valley Tribune) and Job Summary.
- Responsibilities: list of key responsibilities (bullet list).
- Requirements: maybe "Preferred Qualifications" (HS diploma or equivalent, previous experience and record of effectiveness). Could also include "Work Environment & Physical Requirements" as Requirements? But we have separate heading for Requirements; we can put HS diploma, experience, etc.
- Qualifications: maybe "Skills & Competencies" list.
- Skills: maybe we could combine Skills & Competencies under Skills heading. But we already have Skills heading; we could put the Skills & Competencies there.
- Benefits: list.
- Pay: base hourly, performance pay, new hire experience, new hire education.
- Schedule: employment type full-time 32.5 hours per week, class/calendar B21, 9.25 months.
We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual specifics.
We must not repeat content unnecessarily.
Let's craft.
