Job Summary

We currently have 1 Instructional Assistant - PE vacancy at Billy Mitchell Elementary School. The position is Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (27.5 hrs/week). Schedule subject to change.

All classified positions accumulate one paid vacation and one sick day per month of employment. In addition, LESD provides a $1,000-per-year Career Enrichment program for employees. Please see our webpage for more detailed information regarding salary schedules, job description, etc.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: Experience in working with school-age children in an organized setting and in physical education is a plus. This position will assist the Physical Education teacher at an assigned school site.

• Official transcripts verifying completion of AA degree or 48 college units (preferred but not required)
