About the role
This position requires a candidate who is highly qualified. The qualification can be met in one of the following ways: an associate's degree or higher from an accredited college/university; or 48 semester hours from an accredited college/university; or passing the ParaPro Assessment.
Responsibilities
- Complete Basic Training (5 hours) provided by JSD Special Education Department within one week of hire as a condition of employment.
- Additional training is available through the Special Education department to allow employees to progress to Lane 4 upon completion.
