Requirements
- Current OUSD employee (permanent or probationary with at least six months or 130 days of actual service).
- Possess an OUSD Instructional Assistant Test Certificate.
- Provide a copy of transcript showing 48 college units or an Associate Degree.
- Schedule and complete the OUSD Instructional Assistant Test (bit.ly/OUSD-HR-Testing).
- Pass a Department of Justice/FBI criminal background record search as required by Assembly Bill 1610.
- If offered employment, provide proof of work eligibility per Public Law 99-983.
