Responsibilities

• Supports students with special educational needs in a Montessori setting

• Collaborates with teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure student success

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• Experience working with students with special needs
• Knowledge of Montessori educational principles and practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid Texas teaching certificate or ability to obtain one within six months

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
