About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Instructional Aid to support classrooms in Dayton, OH. This role provides direct assistance to teachers and students, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Location: Dayton, OH 45420. Start Date: ASAP. Position Type: Full-Time / School-Year.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with classroom instruction and daily activities
• Provide academic and behavioral support to students
• Help prepare materials and organize classroom resources
• Supervise students in various settings (classroom, lunch, recess)
• Collaborate with staff and families to support student growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Experience working with children in educational settings preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to different grade levels and student needs
