Job Summary

Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area, using a handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update locations, and operating equipment. The Omni Experience Ambassador will work within all digital initiatives including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly, courteously, and friendly by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilize a handheld scanner (RF) to pick orders from the sales floor and verify merchandise.
• Move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area.
• Communicate problems with inventory or equipment and report expired or short‑dated items on the pick list.
• Notify the club team when merchandise needs to be replenished.
• Collaborate with the team to pull merchandise from the reserve area to avoid sales‑floor replenishment.
• Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements and key performance indicators.
• Follow operational efficiencies, processes, and productivity standards for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
• Take responsibility for individual performance and work with club leadership when metrics are not met.
• Securely package orders in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized SFC area and perform general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products according to standard operating procedures.
• Process returns to the club and determine handling (via DDR or Membership desk).
• Adhere to all club policies, procedures, and dress‑code standards.
• Meet OMNI productivity expectations regarding service level agreements (SLAs), performance metrics, and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including work in other departments as needed.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.

Qualifications

• Previous order‑pulling experience preferred.
• Big‑box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Job Conditions

• Continuous movement on hard surfaces; frequent bending, climbing, crawling, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping.
• Lifting objects up to 30 pounds; occasional lifting/moving of heavier or awkward objects with assistance.
• Work environment includes moving machinery, loud equipment, and possible temperature extremes when pulling refrigerated orders.
• Occasional exposure to company‑approved cleaning agents.

Pay

The estimated compensation range for this position is $18.25 – $21.90 per hour.
