You will be the face of OnPoint, welcoming members and non‑members alike, and you will be responsible for supporting the branch with exceptional member service and management of the lobby area.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service, including eye contact, greeting by name, friendly comments, and appreciative closing remarks.
• Manage the lobby and run the Front Desk when needed.
• Assist members with servicing transactions such as courtesy signings, fraud resolution, account maintenance, account issues, notary services, etc.
• Listen, identify, process, and recommend solutions based on members’ needs, taking initiative to use all available resources.
• Manage all branch calling lists to develop and retain relationships.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and refer members to appropriate staff.
• Stay informed on up‑to‑date financial services and tools offered by the Credit Union.
• Perform teller transactions, maintain cash drawer, and balance according to Credit Union guidelines.
• Perform any additional duties as required by the Branch Management Team.

• Coordinate and complete a variety of assignments simultaneously and prioritize work.
• Self‑directed with the ability to work under limited direct supervision.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a financial institution, retail sales, or customer service position involving cash (preferred).
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Pay

$23 – $25 per hour depending on experience.

Schedule

Monday – Friday 9 AM – 6 PM, Saturdays 9 AM – 3 PM.
