The Amazon Worldwide Grocery team is excited to welcome an Instock Manager (ISM) to our team in reshaping the future of customer experiences and supply chain excellence. Your expertise will drive innovation, efficiency, and lasting impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory availability and inventory health including: improved instock, inventory planning, vendor operational improvement (efficiency, fill rates, lead time), forecasting, and waste reduction.
• Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve customer experience and overall cost structure of the business.
• Perform complex business analysis to identify business opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
• Partner with internal teams to develop tools, automation, and process improvements that affect purchasing and vendor management workflows.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience; 4+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience; 3+ years of with Excel experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of the principles of statistical inventory control; Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
