Institutional Services Associate I - Junior Sales

About the role

Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: IBKR) is a global financial services company headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut, with offices in over 15 countries. This is a Hybrid role (3 days in office / 2 days remote).

Responsibilities

• Aid in handling client inquiries via phone, email, tickets, and chat.
• Investigate and resolve a broad range of client questions and issues, including prospective client inquiries.
• Provide a friendly, helpful, and professional client experience consistently.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or economics – all majors welcome.
• Ability to identify, analyze, troubleshoot, problem-solve, and escalate complex issues.
• Experience working with clients in any capacity.
• Familiarity with Microsoft products.
• Bilingual Spanish roles available.

• Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision.
