About the Role

Institutional Client Group (ICG) facilitates primary origination, distribution, and secondary market-making of Fixed Income and Currencies (FIC) product suite and financing to institutional clients, including financials, asset managers, pension funds, insurers, hedge funds, private equity, central banks, and sovereign wealth funds.

Responsibilities

  • Cover important institutional clients at a senior level within our Rates Sales team as part of the Short Duration desk.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners, senior Portfolio Managers, principals, and capital markets professionals at the clients you cover.
  • Work collaboratively with product partners in trading and structuring to deliver creative solutions for your client base.
  • Engage in strategic planning, budgeting, client wallet share analysis, and help generate new revenue opportunities within Banks and insurance clients.
  • Drive new business development, particularly within the Short Duration space.
  • Create and develop relationships to generate new revenue opportunities for the Rates business.
  • Think strategically about the business and stay on top of market themes and trends.

Requirements

  • Series 7 & 63 licenses.
  • Proficient experience in Fixed Income.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for developing new client relationships and communicating with various Deutsche Bank teams in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

The salary range for this position in New York City is $110,000 - $125,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location, and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.

Schedule

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.
