About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance business operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in corporate strategy or similar roles
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools

Qualifications

  • Experience working with Native American tribes or organizations preferred
  • Understanding of the Seventh Generation Principle and its application in business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
