Installer Windows Entry Doors Patio Doors

Responsibilities

• Install replacement windows, entry doors, and patio doors according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and with a high level of quality.
• Protect customers' homes and property throughout the installation process.
• Complete interior and exterior finish work as required.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and company staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Identify and report any job site concerns or unforeseen conditions.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and company requirements.
• Take required job-site photos and complete all installation documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience installing replacement windows and doors.
• Must operate as an independent contractor and provide proof of business registration.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Own truck, trailer, tools, and equipment necessary to perform installations.
• General liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance (if applicable).
• Able to read and understand work orders and installation instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Able to lift and carry windows and doors safely.

Qualifications

• Experience installing vinyl replacement windows.
• Experience with entry door systems and sliding patio doors.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
• Ability to perform aluminum trim work and finish carpentry.
