Installer (Traveling Position)
About the role
Level99 is a sprawling playground designed for adults with over 50 life-sized mini-games where players dodge axes, crack puzzles, and outsmart real-world challenges. Each game lasts about 1-4 minutes and is built for 2-6 people to play together. One ticket unlocks access to all games including Challenge Rooms, Player-vs-Player duels, and an art scavenger hunt. Progress is saved for rewards and leaderboard. The venue also offers a full-service bar and award-winning restaurant with scratch-cooking, local craft beers, handmade cocktails, and event spaces. Locations include Natick, MA; Providence, RI; Tysons, VA; Disney Springs, FL; and upcoming openings in West Hartford, CT; Paramus, NJ; King of Prussia, PA; and Raleigh, NC. The Install team is responsible for breakdown, shipping, and installation of Level99 attractions across existing and future venues, assisting with repairs, improvement, and replacement using internal and external resources. The install crew divides into smaller groups; each core Installer organizes their team’s efforts while passing on knowledge of Level99 products and methods. A Level99 Installer demonstrates honesty and personal integrity, prefers a joyful and positive approach, chooses humility over the need to “be right,” and acts as though they are the Owner and Operator of their venue.
