About the role

Automatic Entrances of Wisconsin is a nationally recognized distributor specializing in automatic door equipment. The Installer Technician role involves installing new equipment and representing the company professionally.

Responsibilities

• Install new automatic swing, sliding, revolving, and security door equipment.
• Communicate effectively with management, sales teams, general contractors, and end-users.
• Complete and submit all required company paperwork accurately and on time.
• Cook up with various stakeholders to ensure seamless installation processes.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following all company and industry guidelines.

Requirements

• A strong work ethic with a focus on quality customer service.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in electrical, mechanical, construction, or similar fields.
• Proficiency with power and hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record meeting our company’s insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Ability to occasionally lift door panels weighing over 100 pounds.
• Ability to pass a physical.
• Availability to work after hours approximately every six weeks.

Pay

Up to $35/hour based on experience.

Schedule

Occasional overnight travel and night/weekend work throughout Wisconsin. Ample opportunities for overtime.
