Responsibilities

• Diagnose and Repair
• Install and replace garage door parts and equipment
• Educate the Customer
• Sell services, repairs, and new equipment
• Manage inventory in your vehicle

Basic Position Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and technical skills (plus)
• Able to lift 50 pounds independently
• Able to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods
• Able to work in various conditions (heat, cold, outside, inside garages)
• Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers
• Reliable and able to follow the process
• Knowledge of the garage door industry (preferred but not required)
• Ability to use a computer and/or tablet
• Ability to use hand tools and operate mechanical equipment
