Installer / Shade & Pergola Installer (Electrical Experience Preferred)

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in construction, professional installation, or a related mechanical field.
- Hands-on proficiency with a wide variety of power tools and structural assembly techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a reliable, self-motivated approach to independent and crew-based tasks.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated experience running conduit and handling light electrical wiring for outdoor structures.
- Advanced knowledge of motorized shade systems or automated outdoor control technologies.
- Prior experience working on high-end residential or large-scale commercial project sites.
