Installer (Level 2)

What you’ll do

• Run solo installations of shutters, honeycomb shades, roller shades, romans, motorized products, and more.
• Handle service calls and warranty repairs.

What we need from you

• Minimum 2 years window treatment installation experience
• Hunter Douglas Certified Installer (or equivalent)
• clean MVR
• ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Who this role is for

Experienced installers who are tired of beat-up vans, no respect for their craft, and no clear path forward. The Installer role is the backbone of our team, and the path to Lead Installer at $70K is open to anyone who masters drapery, motorization, and low-voltage work.
