Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Installer to join our growing team. This role is critical to ensuring our remodeling projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install components of residential remodeling projects, including:
- Flooring
- Drywall
- Trim and finish carpentry
- Acrylic wall systems
- Perform basic plumbing work related to installations
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding project progress and any issues
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Installer or similar role in construction or remodeling
- Strong skills in:
- Framing and finish carpentry
- Drywall installation
- Flooring installation
- Basic plumbing
- Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
