Installer - Construction General Laborer
About the role
Alpha Foundations, a subsidiary of Groundworks Company, specializes in foundation repair, basement waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete needs for homeowners. The company provides high-quality home repair solutions and personalized service across the nation.
Responsibilities
- Working on a high-performance team serving customers in the local area.
- Traveling around the area and working in customer's homes to install foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and concrete lifting solutions.
- Installing products and services under the supervision of trained professionals.
- Performing set-up and clean-up tasks at the work site.
- Digging and back-filling trenches/holes when necessary.
- Lifting heavy objects and walking/standing for long periods of time.
- Performing strenuous labor often under adverse conditions.
- Entering crawl spaces and other confined areas.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction, home services, trade work, general labor, and landscaping.
- Valid driver's license preferred, but not required.
Physical requirements
- Lifts heavy objects and/or up to 50 lbs.
- Walks and stands for long periods of time.
- Performs strenuous physical labor.
- Enters crawl spaces and other confined areas.
