Job Overview
Company: LB Contract Supply.
Salary/Pay Rate: $22 to $28+ per hour (Based on experience) plus Year-End Bonus.
Location: In person (Madison, WI or DFW, TX)
Job/Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Project Scope
Commercial Window Coverings and Interior Finishes.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 1+ year of experience in construction, installation, warehouse, delivery, or general labor
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or lifts
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow in a skilled trade
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Previous commercial construction or interior finish experience
- Previous experience with window coverings, carpentry, framing, or metal stud
- Familiarity with active commercial job site protocols and safety standards
