About the role

Use your keen eye for detail to ensure both beautiful print and flawless installation. Work is both indoors and outdoors, combining physical labor with detailed, artistic tasks. As part of a national brand specializing in large-format printing, you’ll collaborate with clients to create custom solutions and deliver quality work on time, every time.

Responsibilities

• Complete site surveys prior to installation to ensure accurate measurements.
• Communicate with clients before, during, and after installation, providing professional guidance on process and timeframes.
• Install graphics on flat interior and exterior surfaces, including walls, windows, floors, and ceilings.
• Perform partial or full vehicle wraps.
• Cut and shape graphics to fit surfaces, using heating, adherence, and cutting techniques.
• Disassemble and reassemble products during application as needed.
• Complete all necessary work for installation and take photos of finished projects.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience installing large-format sign and graphics projects, such as dimensional letters, banners, post and panel signs, ADA signs, vinyl graphics (3M, Avery, Geek Wraps), vehicle lettering, and vehicle wraps.
• Experience in vinyl production, including taping, weeding, and masking.
• Highly motivated with a problem-solving mindset and a great attitude.
• Able to lift 30 lbs and use a 3 lb hammer.
• Ability to operate a bucket truck for installations up to 35 feet high is a plus.
