Installers will be deployed to customer sites to manage and complete our product installation process. Deployments will be up to 8-12 weeks in duration. The Installer is responsible for being the hands-on team member to pre-assembly, build and touch up water rides. You will be working with fiberglass, steel, wood and many other materials in this jack-of-all-trades role. Come learn a niche trade and expand your skill set! Your Challenge On-site unloading and positioning of trucksUncrating and preparing parts to be built.Preassemble and build all fiberglass flume sections by caulking and bolting parts together following an assembly manualPreassemble and erect all ride support sections including steel columns, radial arms and yokes on foundations and concrete piers.Connecting of steel yoke plates to radial arms/embedment plates by welding the connectionBuild the water ride tower in accordance of engineering drawingsPainting of steel columns, towers and start platformsBuild and connect conveyor systems when applicable; including installation of conveyor control panel, sensors and final termination of all low voltage connections at each deviseMoving light equipment into position such as rigging, cribbing and scaffoldingProblem solve any technical issues that workRepairing the water ride products from any quality defects or damages including fiberglass repairs, gel coat repairs, paint touch ups.Cleaning of the interior and exterior of the slide. Wash and wax the interior of the slide for public use.Participate in safety requirements, including training, safety talks, and equipment inspectionsMust follow all health and safety rules and regulations What You Bring To The Role Must be able to be deployed 8-12 weeks out of countryMust have a valid PassportMust have a valid OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certificate2-5 year of experience in construction activities being hands onExperience working with hand and power toolsManlift and telehandler experience is an assetExperience with hoisting and rigging is an assetWillingness to work as part of a teamBasic computer skills are requiredMust have a valid driver’s licenseNo travel location restrictions Working Conditions 95% TravelOn-site workThis role is typically 60 hours a week, 6 days a week, in a hands-on trades role.
