Installer

Responsibilities

• Execute all phases of netting installation projects from on-site preparation through final inspection
• Cookordination with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate installation
• Manage site logistics, resources, and documentation
• Serve as the primary on-site representative for Netting Pros
• Resolve job site challenges in real time
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Project Coordination & Time Management: Ability to manage on-site schedules, adapt to changing conditions, and maintain project momentum
• Installation Expertise & Field Leadership: Experience in construction, fabrication, or installation (sports or specialty products a plus), and the ability to lead a crew on-site
• Safety & Quality Assurance: Commitment to safety standards, job site cleanliness, and high-quality workmanship
• Communication & Client Interaction: Strong interpersonal skills to serve as the on-site face of the company and maintain client satisfaction
• Mechanical Aptitude & Physical Stamina: Proficiency with tools and equipment, and ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Organizational & Reporting Skills: Attention to detail in tracking job progress, submitting documentation, and maintaining equipment readiness

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record per our Auto Insurance
• Willingness to travel 80% of the time

Pay

$18/ Hour

Schedule

Travel to job sites across the country to complete installation projects as outlined by Project Managers
