About the role

Based in Orlando, FL, this position requires approximately 60% overnight travel with occasional weekend work. You will report to the Interiors EN Installation Manager and work closely with the Interiors Site Supervisor, interacting with corporate departments and customer contacts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install Inpro products at job sites, working in tandem with the Interiors Site Supervisor
• Coordinate with the Interiors Installation Manager on logistics and customer information
• Operate a forklift to load and transport product
• Manage your own schedule and prioritize tasks across job sites
• Travel regularly, including some weekends
• Perform finishing, sanding, grinding, and fabrication work to meet quality standards
• Follow proper protocols for handling hazardous chemicals
• Flag damaged or scratched material to your supervisor
• Help uphold ISO standards and keep the warehouse in good shape
• Pitch in on other duties as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Valid driver's license (required for use of company vehicles)
• Comfort reading a tape measure and other measuring tools; solid math aptitude
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Good judgment and ability to make decisions and follow through independently
• Track record of dependability and professionalism, even under deadline pressure
• Comfort working with minimal supervision
