About the Role
We are seeking skilled Installers to join our team for residential bathroom renovation projects. If you have experience as a Carpenter, Handyman, Residential Remodeler, Construction Worker, or Plumber, this is a great opportunity to apply your skills in a structured, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities
- Assist Installation Teams: Work alongside the Lead Installer to assist with bathroom and kitchen remodel installations.
- Learn and apply proper installation techniques for various materials and systems used in remodeling projects.
- Perform tasks such as prepping job sites, assembling materials, and assisting with installation setups.
- Participate in training programs to learn about installation techniques, tools, materials, and safety practices.
- Continuously improve installation skills by observing and assisting senior installers in a hands-on environment.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist in maintaining clean job sites, ensuring materials are properly stored, and equipment is well-maintained.
- Support in addressing customer questions and concerns during the installation process under the guidance of the lead installer.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is prioritized by maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Learn how to properly handle and maintain installation tools and equipment.
- Report any damaged or broken tools to the lead installer for replacement.
- Support installation teams by assisting in completing tasks within deadlines and maintaining high productivity levels.
- Develop an understanding of time management to optimize daily work schedules and project timelines.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work well with a team and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and reliability.
- Physical ability to lift and carry materials (up to 50 lbs.) and work in varying physical conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in home remodeling or construction is a plus but not required.
- Basic understanding of hand and power tools is beneficial.

Schedule
Monday–Friday work schedule, with occasional weekend work based on project needs.
