About the role

Brothers Gutters – East Houston is now seeking motivated team members to join their growing gutter installation crews. They provide hands-on training, clear advancement steps, and competitive pay as you move up.

General Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of gutter installation experience.
• Reliable and punctual; must arrive on time and ready for work each day.
• Physically able to lift 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Positive attitude, ability to take direction, and eagerness to learn advanced techniques.

Technical Skills

• Familiar with gutter components, hangers, downspouts, and sealants.
• Safely use basic hand tools and power tools.
• Absorb materials, set up sites, and clean up debris.
• Measure and cut materials accurately under supervision.
• Maintain clean and organized vehicles, tools, and workspaces.

Leadership & Development

• Demonstrate eagerness to progress to Installer Assistant II within 6–12 months.
• Accept coaching and feedback with professionalism.
• Begin learning gutter machine operation and miter-cut techniques.

Administrative

• Follow company policies for timekeeping.
• Assist with tool/vehicle checklists and material tracking.

Conduct & Professionalism

• Represent company values on every job site.
• Communicate courteously with clients and coworkers.
• Always follow company safety and quality standards.

Pay

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
