Installation Technician, CDL B

About the role

NuCO2 is the largest national provider of beverage grade liquid CO2 to the food service and hospitality industry. We have an immediate need for an Installation Technician who manages on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and equipment testing for CO2 high-pressure cylinders and other products to customers on an established route.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, repair, maintenance, and equipment testing for beverage gas systems
• Maintain assigned service vehicle, tool inventory, parts inventory, and general upkeep of vehicle
• Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information, and communication with assigned location management (depot)
• Responsible for the safe and accurate loading, transporting, and unloading of equipment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a technician or similar role
• CDL preferred, minimum valid US Driver’s license for at least 24 months, tanker with hazmat endorsement
• Able to lift up to 55 pounds and frequently maneuver 400 pounds
• Able to pull and retract a fill hose (up to 100 feet)
• Able to read, write and speak English
• Required to pass a pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen
• Must have a clean driving record (no accidents or moving violations last 24 months)
