Installation Solution Consultant

Tasks and Qualifications

• Solve complex customer problems by developing a solution that improves aging systems.
• Cook up complex systems that integrate mechanical build, electrical controls hardware, programming, and software to develop complete solutions for customers.
• Build outstanding installation plans that address the customer's downtime, spatial, and scheduling requirements, while ensuring success for the project.
• Interpret and understand drawings and bills of materials.
• Recommend site efficiency improvements, cost reductions, and enhancements to increase customer happiness.
• Provide estimates for complex installation scopes to other solution development resources and teams.
• Perform complex technical interchange and knowledge transfer for both processes and application of products to system build.
• Request proposals for non-Dematic equipment and installation through various vendors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in installation standards and processes.
• Outstanding ability to solve complex problems and implement flawless solutions.
• Strong coordination skills across multiple engineering and execution teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for site visits and team events.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Skilled in interpreting and understanding technical drawings and bills of materials.
