Installation Mechanic - Blue Mound, TX

About the role

The Installation Mechanic position at Holman is located in Blue Mound, TX. This role is part of the upfitting division and offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $20.

Responsibilities

• Install new aftermarket equipment on new vehicles in a Safety-First environment.
• Understand and increase the quality of our products for the appearance and safety of our customers.
• Test installed parts before final inspection.
• Refer to Work Orders for placement, orientation, and overall function of equipment.
• Communicate suggestions and errors to relevant departments for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of previous electrical, mechanical, and equipment assembly experience or completion/current enrollment in an accredited Technical School.
• Able to use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Ability to understand electrical schematics and 12V circuits.
• Troubleshooting problems.
• Comply with company standards including standard operating procedures, attendance, quality, team environment, and performance.
• Pass a physical, drug test, and criminal background check.
• Valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide basic hand and power tools.
• Highly skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday through Friday
