Installation Manager - Remodel Now

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bathroom installation operations and scheduling
• Manage and coordinate installers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Conduct pre-installation site visits and job walkthroughs
• Ensure materials are ordered, delivered, and ready for installation
• Maintain project timelines and adjust schedules as needed
• Perform final inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Address and resolve installation issues promptly
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Team Leadership

• Supervise and support installation crews
• Provide training and guidance to maintain workmanship standards
• Monitor crew productivity and performance
• Foster a positive and accountable team environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction or remodeling management (bathroom remodeling preferred)
• Strong knowledge of residential remodeling and installation processes
• Experience managing crews or subcontractors
• Ability to read contracts, scopes of work, and basic construction drawings
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
