Installation Manager/Production

The Role

PHILLIPS HOME IMPROVEMENTS is seeking an energetic, problem-solving, results-oriented Residential Remodel Installation Manager to lead the Production Department.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and provides accountability for the Production Department
• Ensures quality
• Ensures WOWed customers
• Keeps costs in budget
• Ensures projects are completed, inspected, and collected within 48 hours
• Maintains key metrics
• Drives revenue by maintaining manpower necessary to turn projects within 30 days
• Maintains and improves systems which help achieve key departmental results

Requirements

• Arrives in field or at the office 7:30 a.m. daily
• Clean driving record
• Speaks Spanish fluently
• Ability to listen to customer needs
• Ability to climb a ladder with ease to inspect work
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Strong leadership and management skills

Qualifications

• Seasoned Leader: When he/she leads, people follow!
• Experience as a Residential Remodel Project Manager
• Experience of $55-$70K base depending upon skills and experience, plus monthly performance-based incentives and overrides after the first 30 days
